Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within the 24 hours your deposit will be put towards a rescheduled appointment. If you do not cancel within the 24 hour period your deposit will be forfeited to pay the therapist for their time. We appreciate your business and we understand circumstances happen and appointments may need to be cancelled.
